How can community fully fund public infrastructure such as BART, MUNI, AC Transit, police and fire protection, roadways, schools and public universities in a way that attaches community support in a fee-free way to these public institutions?

How can community simultaneously democratize governance of public infrastructure and pay for it?

Come to a free, open-to-the-public, two hour hands-on tutorial in grassroots financing of public infrastructure lead by land use economist David Giesen, fellow with the Carl Brannin School of Regional Planning, California Social Science College. This event is funded by The Commons SF.
