Anyone know when Hannibal's arraignment is scheduled and if it will be possible to petition the court to reduce his bail at that time?

according to the corporate media, he was charged with felony vandalism for allegedly smashing windows at the Men's Wearhouse near 15th Street and Broadway on Monday night
