July 4th is celebrated every year with flag waving and fireworks. But little attention is given to what caused the revolution of 1776. Who benefited from its victory? What did the revolution mean – or not mean – for indigenous peoples, the enslaved Black population, women? How did it impact the world? Hear presentations on the hidden history of the American Revolution and join in the discussion.
Join us for presentations and discussion and hear about plans for upcoming actions.
