RunningWolf is going to Trial for running for Mayor of Berkeley while being Indigenous. While my ancestors were killed for just being Indigenous (California state sponsored genocide-Bounty) so this actually par for the course. I was jailed in November (No Bail) for campaigning like all candidates supposedly for Vandalism by putting a small sticker on a garbage can that read "Open Government, defeat Bates". My campaign (for lack of Money) never had a sign bigger than 2 inch by 3 inch color and it was not a sticker. The BPD were harassing me constantly and finally went for it on this arrest where I was not at the particular site where they accused me of campaigning (or their crime site). On the realization they could not make this stick they (Officer Mathues) lied and added a second charge which was the next day when I saw the Judge she released because she was the one who witness that I was in Jail (May 2012, arrested three times that month) on the date. The judge said it was Un-american to arrest a candidate while campaigning and released me. I being penalized for running and bringing up the issues that are hurting the current illegitimate (Master Bates) Government like closing down Telegraph Ave. (Ped only), help looming Budget crisis by cutting the Police, and making the University pay in many different ways including immediately returning the 13,000 Indigenous remains. Please come out and see this absurd case which Tony J. Sera is my attorney and on Friday (at pre trial hearing) some of the Public Defenders (in the elevator) said they want to see Mr. Sera in action.
