Officer Frankel Claims That NOBODY Killed Kayla Moore
Officer Frankel insinuated today that medical reports would conclude Berkeley police were not responsible for the death of Kayla Moore, a transgendered person who died in police custody on February 12, 2013. Since her death, Berkeley police have released a single statement that was both brief and vague.

Nice Work in finding the police are arrogant, insensitive and answer to no one. When I ran for Mayor and went to answer an endorsement by Oakland Tribune (supposedly independent media) gave no questions on the Environment during Global Warming. The question was on budgetary cliff Berkeley is falling off with a Billion dollar debt in retirement packages (remember our City Manager getting the Golden parachute, making more in retirement than on the job). I answered I would cut the Police as it accounts for half of Berkeley's budget and having UC Berkeley police (and Bart Police, too) and only a hand full of Murders as compared to Oakland's over 100. The Berkeley police receive $120,000 (a year) as compare to Oakland's police at $80,000 a the press (or independent) tried to patronize me then tried act like I did not answer the question. The police are now involved with two cover ups including the murder of Berkeley resident who lived in the hills but our Police Chief had three shifts of Police to violate peoples free speech (a Fuck the Police march) which was in Oakland at the same time of the murder. This video shows the callousness of the police officers as they are foot dragging and we do have the right to know which officers were on scene.
Maybe they'll answer when a few thousand armed citizens show up at their door.
