This inspiring book is about 35 West Coast urban farmers including 10 from the Bay Area. The book covers all kinds of urban farmers with stories, tips and ideas from each. From backyard aquaponics to roof top gardens, and urban beekeeping to city foraging, come see what's going on in the most local of food scenes.
