Meet at Rock Paper Scissors art gallery (2278 Telegraph Ave. Oakland, at 23rd St. NE corner) at 6 pm, put on hazmat suits (optional), and hold a vigil/informal teach-in on the subject of Fukushima's effect on our world and possible future consequences, with a focus on health protection from radiation fallout here in California.
