SPEAK OUT TUESDAY March 19, 2013
Richmond City Manager Bill Lindsay refuses to remove and prosecute the Human Resources Director Leslie Knight who has bullied numerous workers and illegally used Richmond City resources and funds for her own personal purposes. Apparently it is ok to bully Richmond public workers and steal public funds for the Richmond City Management.
