Fight for Women's Rights in front of Facebook CEO Home

Just ahead of a Valentine's Day One Billion Rising national day of action, and in keeping with the theme of women's rights, demonstrators protested outside of Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg's Palo Alto home on Wednesday.
Inside the house Zuckerberg was hosting a campaign fundraiser for New Jersey Republican Governor Chris Christie. But first, guests including Condoleeza Rice had to make their way through the throng of protesters.
Protesters said they were demonstrating against Christie’s visit because of his efforts to defund Planned Parenthood and other women’s reproductive health care programs. He has also worked against LGBT rights in the state of New Jersey.
Condoleezza Rice was unlucky enough to get stuck in traffic for several minutes directly in front of the Raging Grannies who brandished their banner near the entrance to Zuckerberg's home. The former secretary of state walked through a line of protesters shouting, "warmonger", "torturer", and "apologize".
