The Bioregional Meetup Group says:
Creating a sustainable bioregional city requires active participation by both government agencies and private citizens. Involvement of everyone is necessary for the ecological survival and success of future human communities.
Let's get together at the Free Farm, at Gough and Eddy streets, and discuss bioregional activities for the new year! Come at 11am, bring a friend, meet some new people, learn a little about what bioregionalism entails, and how we can help make the Frisco bioregion and surrounding areas a little greener. Stay for lunch and help with the Free Farm's seed planting and harvest if you'd like. Feel free to bring some food to share!
Come hear about some potential events we can get into over the next year and let's think about what events we'd like to take part in and help plan.
Planet Drum will be there. Join us. For more information, see http://www.meetup.com/Bioregional-Meetup/
