As Washington talks about the supposed winding down of the occupation of Afghanistan, it continues to use its permanent-war economy to set the stage for future wars of conquest. Surrounding China with warships and fighter jets, the U.S. is also developing undetectable underwater drone stations, from which drone attacks can be launched, much like its regular drone bombings of Pakistan and Afghanistan
