Screening of award-winning film MOTHER: CARING FOR 7 BILLION. The film highlights Beth, a mother and child-rights activist who begins to question her own lifestyle and society as she learns about the complexity of the population issue.
Questions of overconsumption and global inequity will be discussed in the context of population growth following the film, as experts Adam Duhan of the Sierra Club Population Committee and Suzanne York of HowMany.org lead a panel and audience discussion. Free. Donations accepted.
