Hatem Abudayyeh is a Palestinian anti-war activist from Chicago and founder of the Palestine Solidarity Group. He is one of 22 activists who were raided by the FBI in 2010 and were subpoenaed and scheduled to be brought before a Grand Jury while having not been charged of anything. He was targeted by the FBI for having made a trip to Palestine and giving aid to a Palestinians women's organization that helps build daycares and kindergartens.
To date, none of the activists have been arrested or charged of any wrong doing. Hatem is still battling a case as he has been unable to get his belongings back from the FBI. Read more about Hatem's case here http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2011/02/07/hatem-abudayyeh-antiwar-a_n_819950.html.
