Mass Incarceration + Silence= Genocide! This will be a mass meeting for action to STOP what is the NEW JIM CROW... 2.4 million people in prison, overwhelmingly Black and Latino; and the targetting of youth as well, what with the gang injucntions, youth curfews, etc. This meeting will make plans for both immediate actions and in concert with a national action on Sept 13 to Blow the Whistle on Stop and Frisk (which was initiated in New York).
