Free Pussy Riot Global Day, worldwide, including San Francisco. Three women who performed an anti-Putin "prayer" in Moscow's main cathedral are on trial for "Hooliganism," a variant of Russian anti-blasphemy laws. Their sentencing is scheduled for Friday Aug 17. There are two Global Day events in San Francisco on the same day - the first at the Russian Consulate at 3PM in San Francisco. This is a notice for the second event, starting at 6:30PM at Justin Herman Plaza.
