Celebrate the courage of the Suffragists whose tenacity won U.S. women the vote in 1920. This year, let’s cheer that there are candidates to vote for—the socialist feminists Stephen Durham for US President and Christina López for Vice President, running for the Freedom Socialist Party. However, the fight for representation is not over: new restrictive regulations would rob millions of the right to vote, especially people of color.
With art, speeches, song, and photos we will pay tribute to the rebels past and present who have and are standing up for electoral equality.
Dinner is served at 6:15pm for a $7.50 donation. Childcare and work exchanges available—please call three days in advance. Location
