Come along on a sight-seeing trek through San Francisco social movement history that presents an antidote to the real estate mess we're in where foreclosures are ramping up, families are evicted, and yet real estate in the SF area is shockingly pricey. What gives?

The walk presents public policy possibilities--discreet policy that you and I can advocate--that would end land hoarding, cut mortgages in half, fund public programs, and piss off lefties and conservatives together while satisfying nearly every objective they hold dear.

And if you don't agree with the fundamental conclusion by walk's end, namely that San Francisco's Big Idea born of critical thinking a hundred years ago would materially better a huge piece of SF's housing concerns, we'll buy you lunch at our favorite Thai restaurant downtown. In fact, we'll buy you lunch if you do agree, and want to hear more.

Your call. Sit on your tired old asinine beliefs about what's wrong or beyond fixing with public policy, or come on this walk and then get your pad thai on your walk-tired thighs.
