Please come to this meeting and speak up about these Police agreements. Public Comment usually is held first. If you don't want to speak you could give your time to another speaker.

Council will be deciding on whether or not to continue these illegal, because merely verbal, agreements between the Berkeley police and Homeland Security. NCRIC (Northern California Regional Intelligence Center) is intelligence gathering and includes sending SARs (Suspicious Activity Reports) to the Feds, and UASI (Urban Areas Security Initiative) is urban warfare training and funding (including funding the armored vehicle which Berkeley wants to share with Albany and U.C.)
