Occupy the Farm; Hearing for Proposed U.C. Injunction

WHAT: Thursday May 31st, the University of California Regents will present an oral argument to the Alameda County Superior Court in Hayward for a proposed injunction against "Occupy the Farm." Attorney for the defendants, Dan Siegel, will issue oral arguments against the SLAPP suit. The hearing will begin at 9:30 AM and will be followed by a statement from Dan Siegel to the press, in front of the main entrance to the courthouse.
