DeBray (Fly Benzo) Carpenter will appear in court Wednesday May 30th on a possible permanent restraining order from Cahill construction site at the Westpoint Housing Projects in Bayview Hunters Point, San Francisco. Fly Benzo and his father, Claude Carpenter, challenged training and hiring practices at the Westpoint construction site. Chris Parker, site manager, filed for a restraining order against Fly and the order has been granted pending the hearing this Wednesday. unfortunately, i have court that morning myself. hopefully he has an attorney that will inform the court that a restraining order is supposed to be used to keep someone safe from an actual threat of violence, not safe from criticism!
