The Top Two fascism does not apply to the presidential election so Peace & Freedom Party and the Green Party will have presidential candidates on the November ballot.
As to ballot propositions, follow the Secretary of State's website for new propositions being added weekly. See
http://www.sos.ca.gov/elections/ballot-measures/qualified-ballot-measures.htm
WE ALSO HAVE MAJOR BALLOT PROPOSITIONS ON THE CALIFORNIA BALLOT. We know for sure the proposition to abolish the death penalty is on the November ballot. You can see the 60 initiatives in circulation now at
http://www.sos.ca.gov/elections/ballot-measures/cleared-for-circulation.htm
Due to be turned in in May-June-July are initiatives on marijuana, genetically modified food, school funding via increasing the income tax on the rich (at least 5 of them), limits on corporate contributions to political campaigns, assessment of commercial property every 3 years filling in a Prop 13 of 1978 loophole, majority vote by Legislature for fees (good idea, ends gridlock, pays for services we need), LIMITING HEALTH INSURANCE RATE INCREASES, limiting the 3rd strike in the reactionary 3 strikes law to serious felonies (stealing a loaf of bread is a felony but not a serious felony), REPEAL OF ANTI-GAY MARRIAGE PROP 8, and all kinds of reactionary propositions such as limiting abortion and abolishing sex education which if they are on the ballot must be defeated.
IF YOU DO NOTHING ELSE WITH YOUR BALLOT, PLEASE VOTE ON ALL THE BALLOT PROPOSITIONS. AND Peace & Freedom Party and Green Party need you to stay on the ballot due to the anti-demoratic Top Two Prop 14 on the 2010 ballot. Please change your voter registration today to:
