Join the International Socialist Organization for a screening of Broken on All Sides, a newly released documentary on mass incarceration in the US and the intersection of race and poverty within the criminal justice and penal systems. Broken on All Sides features interviews with, among others, Michelle Alexander, author of The New Jim Crow.
This film screening is a fundraiser for Socialism 2012. For more information on Socialism 2012, visit socialismconference.org.
$5 - $10 donation requested. Nobody turned away for lack of funds.
