The National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) authorizes the indefinite imprisonment of American Citizens without charge or trial. As a result, the NDAA violates our right to due process and habeas corpus—5TH & 6TH Amendments of the United States Constitution.

If you are not the target now, then understand that you are next. Join us as we continue to expand our network of organizations and cities and we will ultimately bring the whole oppressive system D O W N

Bring Signs, Masks, Barbed Wire, Waterboard Tools, Handcuffs, Orange Jump Suits, Disposable Constitutions, Riot Gear, etc.!

§National Day of Action Against NDAA

Occupy Santa Cruz is calling for a national day of action March 3, 2012 to protest the NDAA. We hope to have plenty of people, conversations, signs, literature, petitions and education. All are invited.

Occupy Santa Cruz will be meeting at the court house steps after GA on Saturday, presumably around 4, then march to the clock tower where we will be holding the demonstration and spreading awareness.

NDAA National Day Of Action March 3rd

“The General Assembly of Occupy Santa Cruz is calling for a National Day of Action March 3, 2012 to protest the NDAA. The National Defense Authorization Act ( NDAA) for Fiscal Year 2012 was signed into United States law on December 31, 2011 by President Barack Obama.

Occupy Santa Cruz is meeting at the Water St. courthouse steps after GA on Saturday at 4 P.M., then we will march to the clock tower where we will gather to spread awareness. All are invited.”
