It should be noted that Soul, the head of BLR, is an organizer for the anti-Occupy group "Stand Up For Oakland".

Soul and others refuse to first warn the BLR most popular show "Earth First and Corporation last and never again" about inappropriate language which the host of the show (Zachary RunningWolf) stands by. And banned the only indigenous show while giving other shows a second (warning) chance not abiding by their own By-laws. The "Earth First and Corporations last and never again" was started by the late original founder Thunder and continued on in memory of him by RunningWolf. Thunder also wanted the station to be renamed "Ohlone Bay Liberation Radio" in honor of the Indigenous peoples of the East Bay who not federally recognized.

I am not an organizer with Stand for Oakland...After receiving 11+ phone calls from Community Organizations,Downtown Small Business owners(who are my Friends for years) and Residents in West Oakland,stating could I be there for them to express their concerns about their loss of money,the damage of non-corporate businesses being affected...
I am one of the founding members of Occupy Oakland with our first meeting at Mosswood Park in Oakland...When some people wanted to start at the Federal Bldg,I suggested Oscar Grant Plaza...
I am in Solidarity with Occupy Oakland,but we stated we wouldn't hurt small businesses and it still happened by some who forgot that committment...Or weren't there at our 1st. G.A....
I was standing for my Homeland where iI was born and I live...Serving Downtown Oakland and West Oakland for 21+ years to date,Hmmm...

A.) BLR had been warning you for years about the Racist slurs you would blatantly write on walls,logo's and etc in Station about the Collective in Station...We just kept letting you slide...
B.) Several recordings of you calling Mayor Ron Dellums a nigger on numerous occasions on air were presented by Cap'n Fred and Mouse...At the meeting I voted with Collective on the decision...But you still LIE and act like it was my personal decision...Never telling Fred nor Mouse anything,but they are men ...you coward!!!Only beat up Women!!!!!!
C.) You constantly rant racist slurs against white people,yet a white man was paying your dues since day one until he realized why????
D.) A Sister-white woman in the movement has been paying for your joke of a Mayoral campaign since you started the joke,Hmmm...I've told her many times to let you fall...
