On Jan 28th, the Berkeley Police were present as 400 protesters were arrested in Oakland.
The mutual aid agreement between Berkeley and Oakland is being abused for non-emergency actions against protesters.
Berkeley Police must stay away from Occupy Oakland, as well as what is left of Occupy Berkeley.
