A tribute to Dara Greenwald. In Dara's memory, we will joke and tell stories, share food and watch Dara’s videos.

On Monday, January 9th Dara Greenwald passed away at her home in Brooklyn, NY after a long and determined battle with cancer. Dara was an interdisciplinary video artist and curator who inspired many of us through her writing, her teaching and her activism. She will be dearly missed by her friends, family and her partner, Josh MacPhee. A tribute will be held in her honor in New York during the weekend of January 28th, and we here on the West Coast will gather in San Francisco the following Friday, February 3rd. This will be an opportunity to share our memories and remember a remarkable, creative individual. If you are able, please bring food to share.
