Noura Khouri and Shimaa Helmy will show slides & video from the Egyptian Revolution and speak on a variety of current topics such as the role of women and social media in the Arab spring, the economic, political and cultural contexts in relation to the uprisings that have been taking place, and the experience of being an activist in Egypt in the face of the US backed military regime.
