12/19 Hearing-Speak Out To Defend TWU 250 A Operator Cynthia Carter At SF Civil Service Commission
On Monday December 19, 2011 2:00 PM at San Francisco City Hall in Room 400 at a hearing of the San Francisco Civil Service
Commission, TWU 250A Operator Cynthia Carter will be calling on the San Francisco Civil Service Commission to reject the illegal
discharge of her by the San Francisco MTA-Muni management and the Mayor Ed Lee administration. Please support her and other retaliation and discharge of her by the MTA-Muni management. Speakers will also call for the defense of other workers facing
discrimination due to sexual harassment complaints, age complaints and OSHA complaints.
Ed Lee's Department of Human Resources Executive Director Mickie Callahan and Sean Elsbernd's wife Jennifer Johnston have engaged in a coordinated campaign of fabricating evidence to terrorize city workers and fire any whistleblowers.

harassed on the job and when she filed a complaint was retaliated
against by the MTA-MUNI management including her termination.
She was also refused documents by the agency management that
would have helped her case. She and her supporters attended a
hearing on 12/5/2011 at the San Francisco Civil Service
Commission to appeal her discriminatory firing.

There was no illegal activity by TWU 250 A member Cynthia Carter. There was illegal activity by the MTA MUNI management to cover up illegal discrimination and retaliation for making complaints about sexual harassment. The MTA MUNI management has been cited by the Sunshine Commission for refusing to turn over requests for documents from MTA-Muni that show that they are engaged in a cover-up of their illegal activities.

Picture of Human Resources Executive Director Mickey Callahan who has personally been involved in covering up illegal activity including lobbying to change the charter to eliminate city wide seniority. This is cause of malfeasance charges by the district attorney. She also supported the firing of 87 TWU 250 A operators in a witch hunt after TWU 250A operators turned down concession deals supported by their union leadership and the leadership of the San Francisco Labor Council and Bob Muscat, Executive Director of IFPTE Local 21 and chair of the Public Employees Committee PEC at the SF Labor Council.
