Young women, especially women of color, form a vibrant part of the 99% uprising. Yet, too many have had to deal with sexual harassment at encampments and have had to struggle to be heard at general assemblies. Participants from Occupy groups in the Bay Area, plus a visitor to the London encampment, kick off a lively discussion on the leadership of women and multi-racial organizing in this movement.
A light supper is served at 6:15pm for a $7.50 donation.
