Video clearly showing who broke a window on Broadway last Wednesday
This video from RT clearly contradicts what so many have tried to say about who broke the windows of local businesses last Wednesday night in downtown Oakland.
Go to 2:07 and the video clearly shows a well dressed man in a plaid shirt breaking the window of a local business on Broadway last Wednesday night. It is not a masked or black bloc person, and I have heard from a friend who was there that night that the Tully's windows were broken by 3 young well dressed men. The guy who broke the window in this video seems to match the same description and this seems to match what Oakland Police officers look like when they have tried to go undercover at Occupy Oakland. I don't think that anyone associated with Occupy Oakland would be so dumb as to break the windows of these local businesses, and this proves that at least one of the windows on Broadway was not broken by masked people.

He looks like a pretty sketchy guy, and people may have seen him do it, but it not in the video, as far as i can see.
You can see the last piece of glass fall from his waist to his feet as he walks away from window.
Unless someone else broke it then ran away, and this guy ran right up to the window before the last piece of glass fell, he's the guy who broke the window.
It's not clear what he broke it with though.

turns out anarchists only smashed bank and police station windows that day. who woulda thought
If that man is not a cop, then you might be criminalizing him. But probably ok though the video does not show the actual action nor his clear identity? How does this help? It is know the FBI uses agents, infiltrators, and informants on all levels. I'm not interested in creating an activist sub-state that criminalizes people who don't resist "the right way". To dislike of his actions is one thing, to condemn him another. Good to point out that most vandalism is not destruction is not caused by anarchists, but don't we all already know that?
