Families Occupy SF

Sunday, October 30, 2011 - I have been covering Occupy SF off and on for a few weeks now. I have seen some truly amazing events, and met many fantastic people, but today was my favorite day so far. It was family day at the Justin Herman Plaza encampment and it was wonderful to experience. Children and their parents made posters, painted paper-mache pumpkins and blew bubbles with delight, bringing with them the joy only children can bring. Thank You Occupy SF for having this day, it put smiles on a lot of people's faces, including mine.
