Dr. Salomón Lerner Febres presided over the Peruvian Truth and Reconciliation Commission and is currently director of the Pontificia Universidad Catolica of Lima's (PUCP) Center for Democracy and Human Rights. He has received extensive recognition for his long and impressive academic career and his work on human rights and peace building.
