Occupy Santa Cruz: General Assembly

Occupy Santa Cruz is a nonviolent movement born of frustration with the fact that a small minority of the populace has an inordinate amount of wealth, power, and control. We gather in solidarity with the ongoing Occupy Wall Street protest in New York City, and the growing number of cities (now over 300 600 1000!) whose people will no longer quietly sit back watching corporate interests control their lives. We are the 99%, let’s raise our voices!
