Occupy SF Not Discouraged

by Matthew Bronner (mgbronner [at] gmail.com)
Occupy SF refuses to leave and continues to grow.

In the early morning hours of October 6th San Francisco Police, along with San Francisco Public Works employees, removed the Occupy SF encampment at 101 Market Street. Furniture, tents, food, medical supplies, and personal items were taken against the will of the campers without notice and with no legal documentation to support the raid. But this has not deterred the spirit of the movement. If anything it has bolstered the energy of the people to push on and renew their actions. People worldwide want their voice heard, and one police raid will not stop them.
