Leon Phat pays voters to not touch ground

Join SF Mayoral candidate, Leon Phat, on a walking tour of San Francisco's financial district. That's $100 for anyone who can, in the ordinary sense of the phrase, "not touch ground" throughout the length of his walk. His point is that everyone uses land, and can't escape doing so, with the result that those who own the land upon which everyone else walks can, as a class, make out big time. And why shouldn't that class include everyone? That's what Leon's super-charged land value based community benefit districts are all about . . . ensuring the public makes out big time.
