A benefit dinner for Edible EdVentures - SaveNature.Org's educational program for Bay Area students and schools about sustainable food systems and how food choices affect nature.
Food Day is a grassroots campaign to raise awareness and create action to push for healthy, affordable food produced in a sustainable, humane way. As a Food Day partner, SaveNature.Org is celebrating with Millennium, to showcase how delicious earth-friendly food can be.
Renowned chef Eric Tucker will create a special Dine for Nature Menu for Oct 20, 21 & 22 as a benefit for Edible EdVentures - an educational program for Bay Area students and schools about sustainable food systems and how food choices affect nature.
The special menu is $58/person with optional $25 wine pairing. To reserve a spot from 5:30-9:30pm, call 415-345-3900 x 10 and mention SaveNature. A silent auction will be in the banquet room, featuring a safari in South Africa, Thai massage, original art and much more.
Author, Linda Riebel of the "Green Food Print," Edible EdVentures Staff, and SaveNature.Org will be there to mingle. Our famous Insect Discovery Lab will be in the auction room with a special display on pollinators, who are vital to our food system.
