MATT GONZALEZ TO COMMEMORATE PETER CAMEJO AT SNEAK PREVIEW FOR COMING FILM

San Francisco, CA -- September 18, 2011. Former San Francisco Supervisor and Vice-Presidential candidate Matt Gonzalez, will appear on Sunday, October 9, from 3:00PM to 5:00PM, at The Arab Cultural & Community Center, 2 Plaza Street, San Francisco.

This event is a joint fundraiser for the California Civil Rights Alliance-American Muslim Association documentary: "Peter Camejo: A Red-Green Life" (working title), currently in production.

Film production is being funded entirely by community members to promote the life work and principles espoused by activist, politician and financial consultant Peter Miguel Camejo.

Gonzalez will speak on his friendship with Camejo, the Green Party gubernatorial candidate who achieved worldwide recognition in the 2003 recall of California Gov. Gray Davis. Camejo's last run was as Ralph Nader's running mate on an independent ticket in the 2008 Presidential election.

For more information on the fundraiser, contact Sharon Peterson at (925) 639-1774 or shalynne [at] pacbell.net.
