Blessing of the Animals is a ritual commemorating the work of St. Francis - the patron saint of animals, birds and ecology, as well as the namesake of our beautiful city. Bring your animal companions or a photograph of them to be recognized in this joyous consciousness raising ritual on the importance of all creatures of the earth.
