On March 2nd and 3rd of this year 24 students were arrested during a peaceful demonstration on the UC Berkeley campus. 9 currently face charges ranging from disturbing the peace to resisting arrest. These are bogus charges levied against activists to take them out of the game, so we're fighting back in the courthouse.
The three protestors facing resisting arrest charges face trial Oct. 11th, so come pack the gallery and show the judge and jury that they can't keep repressing us on the street and get away with it!
