Will Berkeley professors Saira Mohamed, Paul Schwartz and Jonathan Simon take a stand against Berkeley Law's endorsement of the U.S. torture program?

Law school dean Christopher Edley Jr. will moderate a panel reflecting on the tenth anniversary of 9/11. Event sponsored by the Miller Institute for Global Challenges, where Torture Professor John Yoo presides as Faculty Director. (The University promotes Yoo as a "faculty expert" on human rights, http://berkeley.edu/news/extras/sept11/index.shtml .)

Does a institution that employs a War Criminal retain any legitimacy to address the future of the "war" on (OF) terror? We think NOT, and will be in attendance to represent the victims of State Torture.

Join us! Don an orange jumpsuit (provided). Together we can say NO! to Torture in Our Name.
