Will Berkeley professors Saira Mohamed, Paul Schwartz and Jonathan Simon take a stand against Berkeley Law's endorsement of the U.S. torture program?

Law school dean Christopher Edley Jr. will moderate a panel reflecting on the tenth anniversary of 9/11. Event sponsored by the Miller Institute for Global Challenges, where Torture Professor John Yoo presides as Faculty Director. Does a institution that employs a War Criminal retain any legitimacy to address the future of the "war" on (OF) terror? We think NOT, and will be in attendance to represent the victims of State Torture.
