miRthkon AND Panzerballett
Labor Day Schpectacle
Produced by Wally Scharold, miRthkon, et alia

It’s a Labor Day miracle! Summertime is past and gone, and still all the good, hard-working men and women of the American labor force feel the heel of the boot of oppression crushing their throats. And yet there is reason to rejoice, for lo, it is miRthkon here to save the day with its surly brand of one-upsmanship! And miRthkon will be sharing the stage with the formidable, highly efficient German Jazz-Metal Juggernaut: Panzerballett! Join us in giving thanks for all the hard work that made it possible for our society to sustain pointless exercises like the one we have prepared for you! Sights, sounds, smells, and more notes than you can shake a stick at (sticks will not be provided). MiRthkon is Oakland’s latest entry into a rich tradition of anti-tradition, fully prepared to effectively blow your mind with their highly idiosyncratic brand of sonic blasphemy! Their music features an inimitable blend of quirky prog rock, avant-garde jazz, contemporary classical abstraction, thrash metal, and an uncanny pop accessibility that defies categorization. BE THERE! Oh, and BYOB.

Wheelchair accessible around the corner at 411 28th Street
