Jail the Killer Cops!
Reparations and Justice to the African Community!
Come to this initial organizing meeting to plan for a solidarity event with the Bayview Community, Justice for Kenneth Wade Harding and all victims of police terror. (If we get a large response, we will be seeking a bigger space.)
19 year old black man Kenneth Wade Harding was shot multiple times after having been detained for allegedly not paying for a $2 ticket to ride the Muni light rail. The aftermath of the police killing, which was seen by numerous people in the community, was caught on video tape:

Come find out how to get involved build our organizational strength to challenge this police killing, building this event as part of our campaign for A Day in Solidarity with African People this fall.
We are the Uhuru Solidarity Movement, an organization of white and other allies under the leadership of the African People's Socialist Party and the Uhuru (freedom) Movement. We believe in reparations to the African community and support the growing resistance and movement for African self-determination uniting black people here and everywhere African people have been dispersed.
We support reparations to the African community for all the death, destruction, violence imposed on the community and for the historic foundation of the US system on the enslavement of African people and ongoing colonialism that has enriched the white population.
Come out if you want to be involved in building an organized, thoughtful response to this incident and all the numerous incidents and systematic attacks on African and other oppressed peoples. Come out if you can not stomach a future where these types of killings keep occurring and want to help build a better world. Our future is in solidarity!
