DPRK condemns South Korean "anti-DPRK policy"
PYONGYANG, June 25 -- The Democratic People's Republic of Korea (DPRK) accused the South Korean authorities Saturday of maintaining an anti-DPRK policy, the official KCNA news agency reported.
The South Korean authorities' persistence in maintaining an anti-DPRK policy "on the brink of total failure" convinced the South Koreans and the world there was nothing to expect from them, said a spokesman of the Committee for the Peaceful Reunification of Korea.
Isolated and driven into a corner internally and externally, the South Korean authorities' confrontation policy had already failed and persistence in it would "only precipitate its downfall," the spokesman said.
"Its confrontation moves will further deteriorate north-south relations and, worse still, lead to a war, which may inflict untold calamities upon the nation," he said.
The spokesman urged the South Korean authorities to "behave itself, well aware of what its confrontation policy will bring after all."

ILPS Condemns War Provocations by the US, South Korea Puppets vs DPRK
We, the International League of Peoples’ Struggle, condemn in the strongest possible terms the recent and ongoing provocations being made by the US and the South Korean puppet government against the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea.
We refer to the mobilization of 70,000 troops for a week of military maneuvers just off the border of the Democratic Peoples Republic of Korea in order to simulate an invasion of the DPRK since November 23.
The South Korean puppet forces fired many shells into territorial waters of the DPRK on November 23 at 1:00 p.m. Only after an hour and a half later did the DPRK retaliate in self-defense by firing shells at the Yonphyong Islet held by South Korea.
The South Korean puppet forces have made the provocations obviously at the instigation of the US. US officials and mass media have misrepresented the DPRK as the one making the provocations and have quickly beaten the war drums for the deployment of the US forces and weapons of mass destruction against the DPRK.
In a far bigger act of war provocation, the US has announced plans to send the nuclear-powered aircraft carrier USS George Washington and its battle group including war ships, destroyers and hundreds of fighter jets into the area to participate in new military exercises to threaten the DPRK.
Let us recall that the US military forces have been involved in all the war maneuvers by South Korea, going back to the 1950-53 war, have killed millions of the Korean people and have occupied South Korea since the end of World War II.
We demand that the US withdraw its 30,000 troops from South Korea in order to allow the peaceful reunification of Korea and let the Korean people exercise their right to national self-determination.
We demand that immediately the US and South Korea stop their war maneuvers and exercises against the DPRK. They must remove their war ships from the territorial waters of the DPRK. The US must end the sanctions it has instigated against the DPRK.

CPP congratulates DPRK for nuke breakthrough
The Communist Party of the Philippines (CPP) today congratulated the people and government of the Democratic People's Republic for successfully and safely carrying out its first-ever nuclear test and hailed the successful test as a “militant assertion of national sovereignty and the right of an independent country to develop its own powerful self-reliant defense capability amidst constant efforts by the US to impose its imperialist hegemony over the world, maintain its monopoly of nuclear weapons along with a few other powerful countries, and subvert the sovereign will of the DPRK.”
Yesterday, the DPRK government announced that it has successfully carried out an underground test of its nuclear weapons, developed after four decades of painstaking self-reliant efforts, “with 100% of sheer indigenous wisdom and technology… under secure conditions… at a stirring time when all the people of the country are making a great leap forward in the building of a great, prosperous, powerful socialist nation.” There were no reports of radiation leak from the test site. The announcement was met expectedly, however, with condemnation by the US government which called the test a “provocative act threatening international peace and stability.”
“The Filipino people and their revolutionary movement regard the DPRK nuclear test as a significant positive development in the effort of freedom-loving peoples the world over to challenge the US imposition of Pax Americana over the world, break the US and other big imperialist powers’ monopoly over nuclear weapons, and compel the world’s peoples to kneel before its hegemonic power,” said CPP spokesperson Gregorio “Ka Roger” Rosal.
“Now, in the face of the DPRK's advance in scientific and technical knowhow with nuclear power, the US is significantly deterred from threatening and carrying out military strikes against the DPRK. The US is afraid that it can no longer try to bully the DPRK,” said Rosal. With the success of its first-ever nuclear weapons test, North Korea becomes the ninth country in the world to have nuclear weapons, along with the United States, Russia, France, China, Britain, India, Pakistan and Israel.
“Of course, US imperialism and other imperialist powers and their client states will condemn the DPRK’s nuclear breakthrough which broke their monopoly of nuclear weapons and confronts the imperialist-imposed pacifism that oppress and cause great hardships on the countries and peoples of the world,” said Rosal.
The CPP also regard the development of the DPRK's nuclear capability as an important breakthrough in fulfilling its energy requirements and further boosting its economic potential, aside from developing its capability to defend its national sovereignty.
“Contrary to imperialist propaganda, the strengthening of the nuclear capability of the DPRK does not pose a threat to other nations' sovereignty and to genuine world peace. In the past, the DPRK has shown respect for the independence of other countries in the same way that it wants the US to respect the sovereign will of the DPRK. The development of nuclear capability in the hands of independent countries that persist in the fight against US hegemonism and aggression realistically deters the US from using its nuclear weapons and military might to attack these countries, and is thus a positive factor in our common striving for genuine peace in the world,” added Rosal.

North Korea could be on verge of famine, smuggled video shows
Footage shot inside North Korea has revealed that the country could be on the verge of a famine, showing filthy, homeless and orphaned children begging for scraps and soldiers stealing food from rice sellers.
The video was shot over several months by an undercover North Korean journalist who smuggled the footage out to China and could face the death penalty. It was obtained by Australian Broadcasting Corp this week.
In the video, young children blackened with dirt beg for food, including an eight-year-old boy who tells the reporter, “My father died and my mother left me. I sleep outdoors.” The boy is one of many orphans in the country whose parents died of starvation or in forced labor camps.
The army, too, is starting to go hungry, with one soldier saying that he estimates half of of the soldiers are malnourished. The state no longer has any rations to give them. In the video, a party official demands a donation of rice from a stallholder, who protests that his business is bad.
“Shut up,” the official says. “Don’t offer excuses.”
ABC speculates that the fact that the even the army is starving shows that Kim Jong-il could be losing his grip.
The rampant corruption in the country also becomes apparent in footage of North Koreans toiling over a private railway track for Kim Jong-un, son of the country’s leader Kim Jong-il and the heir apparent. Soon, 27-year-old Jong-un may be presiding over a country of starving serfs.
North Korea had a famine in the late 1990s that killed 2 million people, according to ABC.

North Korea officially refers to Kim Il-sung as the "Great Leader" (Suryong in Korean 수령) and he is designated in the constitution as the country's "Eternal President".
The Filipino Communist leader Jose Maria Sison have used the alias Amado Guerrero which when translated to English from Spanish means “Beloved Warrior”. He has been reported to have also used “Patnubay Liwanag”, Filipino for “Guiding Light” and Armando Liwanag (Armed Light?).
Not to be outdone, some regional and sectoral cadres of the Communist Party of the Philippines have used Salvador del Mundo (Saviour of the World), Salvador del Pueblo (Saviour of the People), Patnubay de Guia (Guide of Guide) and the like as their nom de guerre
The U.S. Imperialist led wars of aggression are not inconsequential. Presently Obama has five such wars of pollution and destruction of the air, land, water, plants, animals and peoples sovereignty going on.
These countries are Iraq, Afghanistan, Pakistan, Libya,Yeman, and numerous other proxy aggressions going on the side, such as Sudan, Bahrain, Syria, Palestine, and big plum Iran.
Millions of Arab peoples have been illegally slaughtered (Iraq, and region middle east) and thusly U.S. Constitution broken, as well as International laws such as the anti-fascist covenants brought into being by the anti-fascist side of the second world war, such as the Nuremburg Trials 1945-46 (which wrote into international law that the planning and doing of aggressive war is the supreme international crime on the planet earth, as it actuates all other crimes high, low, big, and small)
Judge Jackson who chaired the Nuremburg Trials says that aggressive war is the supreme international crime whether Germany does it or the U.S.A. does it.
These countries that the U.S. is planning and doing aggressive war against, are all paid up members of the United Nations, which UN Charter explains: that the United Nations reason for being, is to make aggressive war just a long distant memory for the comming generations.
This UN Charter was brought into being by the anti-fascist side during the second world war, and is another anti-fascist covenant that sets the worlds' liberation as the ending of aggressive war as any nations foreign policy, and making collective agree as democracy the new means to settle disputes between nations. Such is the raison-d'-etre of the United Nations.
It is apparent here that the Security Council, controlled by the Imperialist Camp (10-5) vote, is breaking the Charter of the UN directly by ordering an aggressive war against the sovereign nation of Libya, who is a paid up member of the United Nations and not a threat to any other nation.
Further the African Union to which every nation in Africa belongs, while meeting on the question of Libya, says that in dealing with Libya the correct procedure is to implement a ceasefire.
The U.S. British, Canadian, and French Imperialists ignored and broke that AU-African law, and when the Libyan government agreed, the French, British, and U.S. Imperialists just ignored the correct political solution given, and began dropping bombs and firing missles on the civilians, infastructure, factories, hospitals, schools and other structures thoughout the country.
Nothing new in this policy however, the U.S. Britain, France and the Imperialist Camp has a long and unjust history of waring against the peoples, plants and animals of Africa for greedy empires, while plundering Africas' resources, and defeating and enslaving its people for centuries.
Millions of people in Africa are now starving to death because of their Euro-centric Imperialist policies, and the whole continent is suffering from the Empire's imposed pollution such that air, land, and water resources are being ecologically ruined.
Africom, the agressive war outfitter of the American Empire is making sure the plunder of Africa continues to enrich America, and impoverish the African peoples.
The war crimes committed by NATO are proof negative of the Pentagon control of the Imperialist Camp. Nato is the special creation of the U.S. and ensures its empire, and the junior partners also get a small slice of their looting.
NATO has become the last stand of all the empires of the world against the working living ecological green organic balances of working life on the planet. It is the last most reactionary of all organizations on the planet earth, and is literally killing the planets life while discarding the anti-fascist liberation, necessary to bring back a sustainable life tree throughout the world.
Dismantle Nato is the necessary task for all countries of the planet earth, if they wish a natural web-of-life to thrive again. It is destroying the entire livability of the planet and breaking with all the anti-fascist covenants even and including the Geneva Conventions of War, not to mention the Kellog-Briand Treaty, and numerous others throughout the UN to which its constitution is signed on to, and the U.S. Constitution says that all international treaties signed on to by the U.S. Constitution are to be treated as the supreme laws of the land.
Thusly international laws, and national laws, in particular the liberation side which stipulates that liberation is set as the ending of aggressive war as any nations foreign policy, and instead collective agree as democracy be the new way of settling disputes amongst nations takes place.
End the Seige of Gaza, which is a war crime of theworst sort done by they Israeli-Greek Government, and the U.S. Imperialists. Suport the Freedom Floatila II to Gaza, for it is on the side of huwomany and humanity.
Liberation has a meaning in this world, and it is not more and more pollution for money, done by the rich countries for more and more pollution causing oil, coal, gas, and atomic nuclear fission power plants destroy the planets livability, which is the first industrial revolution motivation, except electricity.
The DPRK and the Communist Party of China, as well as the CPP, and National democratic Front of the Philipines are for the anti-fascist covenants. They are all dedicated to the ending of aggressive war as any nations foreign policy, and for the side that liberates the world by ending pollution, and building solidarity with the living world.
It is the U.S. Imperialist Military that has illegally occupied and surrounded these Asian Countries that has six thousand nuclear weapons programmed to destroy the socialist camp, and in particular the Peoples Republic of China, and the DPRK. They are the threat to those countries, and any suggestion that its the other way around is foolish propaganda.
China in fact says that its foreign policy is for the convening of all the nations that possess nuclear weapons for a political meeting with only one item on the agenda, and that is the complete thorough and total dismantling of all nuclear weapons on the planet earth.
However, it is the U.S.A. Israel, Britain, France, and Russia that have refused to do so. It is not China or the DPRK of Korea who are the aggressors on these questions, but the very head of the Imperialist Camp-- Imperialist America who threatens all life on the planet in the most aggressive way, and is even now waging a nuclear war with DU- Depleted Uranium thoughout the mid-east, which by the way is in actuality real alive uranium that kills and pollutes for milllions and thousands of years. That is war crime worst sort on the planet. Nuremburg Trials.
To this end, in what is to be done, the countries must re-tool the entire industrial revolution to the renewables, such as wind, tidal, and solar power that transforms to electricty and is more power than can be used by society. This non-pollution solution is given freely in nature, and provides work for all and forever more.
Viva socialist liberation. End pollution wars, not endless wars for more and more pollution. Workers of the world, unite!!
'National Democracy' is pseudo-democracy just like National-Socialism (Nazism) is pseudo-socialism. They are both jingoism.
