I am certified in Traditional Ashtanga and Hatha Yoga, and studied in Nasik, India @ Yoga Vidya Gurukal. Classes are for beginner's and experienced alike. In class we will focus on: meditation, breathing, mantra, and asanas (poses) that gently open the body. We will also be discussing and learning about the science of yoga, by exploring some philosophy and sharing our personal experiences of Self exploration.
