The PEOPLE"S MOVEMENT ASSEMBLY will build power and momentum towards the EAST BAY SOCIAL FORUM in summer 2012. The Forum is inspired by the US Social Forum in Detroit where over 20,000 people of all ages and racial backgrounds came together to build strong and united social movements for housing, health, justice, education, immigration, environment and peace.
