Join us for an interactive tour of the EcoHouse, a groundbreaking site for urban ecological living. The tour will be followed by an afternoon clinic on “Solar Energy for All Incomes” with Justin Mongroo of Real Goods Solar. Justin will talk about ways solar can be affordable, state and federal rebates, financing options, and how to analyze your return on investment.

Tour Showcases The Following Features:

greywater/constructed wetlands, laundry to landscape greywater, permaculture garden/food forest, solar/photovoltaics, natural building, on demand solar water heater, earthworks, rain catchment and more!

Notes: Pre-registration with Brown Paper Tickets ensures a spot. The interior of the home is not included on this tour. Please specify when registering if ASL interpretation is requested, (at least 10 working days in advance).

Cost: $15 general, $10 EC Members, no one turned away for lack of funds.
