At Shattuck Muse (65th and Shattuck, Berkeley)

This course teaches basic stretching, qi gong, tumbling, dodging, blocking, striking, kicking and grappling. In addition, students will learn about self defense psychology and strategy. Classes are run in a safe and supportive way and require no previous experience. One need not attend every class to receive benefit. Drop ins are welcome. The instructor has 16 years of training in various schools of ninpo taijutsu and jujutsu.
