Meet at Chabot College Main Courtyard at noon and march 1.5 miles to the proposed site of the power plant - 3862 Depot Rd., Hayward.

Chabot College students will walk-out of campus along with members of the community, including middle/high school students to protest the proposed power plant. Help us send the message that we don't accept this threat to our health and that we strongly oppose environmental racism.

The City of Hayward would not waive the $1300 fee to assemble and march to the proposed site. Chabot students will demonstrate on campus on May 5. Meet at 12pm in the grand courtyard for more information.
