Counter-Recruitment PROTEST at the MRS

More and more young people are hanging around the MRS (marine recruiting station). John Paul, the old captain, is being replaced by a younger version who seems to think most people in Berkeley want the marines close to our youth, recruiting them for war.

PLEASE join us for brief protest during the lunch hour. STAND for peace and against turning our youth into killers. Engage in dialogue with youth who are in danger of being recruited - as well as the recruiters. Hand out flyers about the cost of war.
