Potential of a full exchange of all nuclear, and other weapons of mass destruction including Atomic Nuclear Power Plants ranges up to six times overkill of all forms of life on earth.

Now ask yourself, why would any government even go to one overkill, which is too much. What needs to be done is a re-tooling of the entire industrial revolution to wind, tidal, and solar power which transforms to lectricity and is more power than society can use.
That would end fossil fuel burn-out which has now eliminated 36% of the oxygen from the atmosphere and we cannot live on the replacement of CO2--Carbon-Dioxide.

The other factor of non-survival is the need to set the liberation standard to ending the aggressive war as any nations foreign policy, and dismantling the war machine and its manufactury at home and globally, thence making only technology that will work in solidarity with life rather than totally destroying all life as the present war machines of the Imperialist Camp would do.

It is known that the axis powers discredited military methods were 1) Might makes Right, 2) Unilateralism, 3) Pre-emptive strikes.

These methods have been taken up again, and form much of the basis of the U.S. Imperialist Empires building tactics which express themselves as full blown 'full spectrum dominance', a signal that U.S. Imperialism intends in this the so-called 'American Century', to be one of permanent war to re-conquor the world, and its living resources to American Imperial ownership and control.
